Some moving companies charge for things like: awkward items, a home that is not easily accessible and stairs that have to be climbed. We always find this out in advance and include all costs in the quote. This way you will not be faced with surprises afterwards.

Packing perishable and hazardous materials without our knowledge is not a good idea and is strongly discouraged. Always make sure you know which items are on the hazardous materials list. If you choose to pack your own boxes and the items get damaged, it may be more difficult to claim damages from the insurer.

If you want to change the date of your move, contact your moving consultant as soon as possible. Together you will discuss the alternative date. It is possible that the new moving date is already fully booked, or the price may differ. Keep in mind that moving during the weekend can be more expensive than on a weekday.
