Choose what suits you
Not everyone needs the same help. That is why you can choose:
- Full packing: our movers pack your whole home, from kitchen cupboards to the attic. All you have to do is tell us what isn’t coming along.
- Fragile items only: you pack books, clothes and toys yourself, and we take care of the china, glassware, mirrors, lamps and art.
- Pack yourself with our materials: we supply boxes and packing materials, and you do the packing.
Whatever you choose, the items we pack are insured during the move up to € 50,000, with an excess of € 150.
Our materials
Good materials keep everything in one piece. This is what we can supply:
- Moving boxes: sturdy boxes for books, kitchen items and other household goods
- Barrel boxes: extra-strong double-walled boxes, made for china and glassware
- Wardrobe boxes: tall boxes with a rail, so clothes can stay on their hangers
- Packing paper: for wrapping plates, glasses and small items one by one
- Bubble wrap: for paintings, mirrors and delicate surfaces
- Mattress covers: to keep mattresses clean and dry
Delivered and collected again
The boxes are delivered to your home well before moving day, so you can start in good time. You rent them with a deposit. After the move, we collect the empty boxes and you get your deposit back. That way, you are not left with a pile of cardboard in your new home. Let us know if you need extra boxes halfway through, and we will bring them over.
Pack smart, unpack faster
If you pack yourself, a few simple habits can save you a lot of time when unpacking. Write the room and a rough idea of the contents on every box. Put heavy things in small boxes and light things in large ones. Keep one box aside with what you need on the first evening: chargers, toiletries, a kettle and bedding.
Combine packing with your move
The packing service works best alongside a complete home removal or a move abroad. Mention in our quote tool that you would like help with packing, and your moving advisor will include it in your quote.
